Zodiac Casino review

By The editorial team · Facts checked 7 October 2026

Good

Mega Moolah jackpots for card and Interac players

Zodiac Casino is a jackpot hunter's pick: Mega Moolah progressives, over 1,000 games, live dealer tables and the highest available RTP version of each game, as the casino states. It has run since 2002 per casino.guru, where it scores 9.5, and it pays by card, Interac and e-wallet rather than crypto.

  • Minimum deposit$10 for deposits after the initial bonus offer, as stated on the casino's bonus page
  • Running since2002

How it scores

What we like

  • Mega Moolah progressive jackpots
  • Over 1,000 games from 37 providers (casino.guru count), plus live dealer tables
  • Highest available RTP version of each game, as the casino states
  • Casino Rewards VIP points every time you play, redeemable for casino credits

What to watch

  • No cryptocurrency is named on its public pages (its banking FAQ lists cards, Interac, e-wallets, vouchers and bank transfers); casino.guru lists some crypto options and the terms mention blockchain-based methods, which we could not confirm without an account
  • Withdrawals wait 48 hours before processing, bank transfers carry a fee, and big winners are paid at most $4,000 a week, as stated in the terms
  • Limits and self-exclusion only through support, terms rated somewhat unfair by casino.guru, and the casino's own minimum age is 19, or the legal age of majority where that is higher

Zodiac Casino withdrawal time

Step What Zodiac states
Pending Funds are “held in pending for 48 hours”, then processed “during the following business day” (terms 14.2.9)
Reversal A withdrawal can be reversed in whole or in part until it is processed (terms 14.2.12)
Delivery after processing E-wallets 1 to 3 working days, Visa and Mastercard 3 working days, bank transfer 6 to 10 working days, CAD EFT or eCheck (Canada only) 2 to 3 working days (FAQ)
Methods listed for Canada Visa OCT (direct credit to a Visa card), CAD EFT or eCheck, and Skrill (FAQ)
Minimums $50 for most methods, $300 for bank transfer (FAQ)
Fees CAD EFT and most other methods free, bank transfer $50 (over $3000: $100); a 2.5% conversion fee applies if the payout currency differs from the account currency (FAQ, terms 14.2.3)
New method First-time use of a method means extra verification checks “which may take up to 5-7 working days” (FAQ)
Weekly cap Players who win “a sum substantially greater” than their total purchases can withdraw winnings of “maximal $4000 per week”, which Zodiac may raise or lower at its sole discretion (terms 14.2.10)

Count the 48 hour pending period before any of the delivery times. Zodiac also says daily, weekly and monthly limits “vary by country and withdrawal method” without publishing them, and that a winner may be paid “a portion of your winnings paid daily over successive weekdays”. We have not timed a real withdrawal (how we review).

Withdrawals are sent back to the method you deposited with where possible, and bonus rules interact with cash-outs: the terms say you may withdraw the cash part of your first and second deposit at any time but forfeit any remaining bonus funds, while a separate clause lets Zodiac withhold withdrawals or confiscate winnings for “withdrawing deposited funds … prior to the redemption of associated bonus funds”. Read both before you cash out mid-bonus. Complaints must be submitted within 6 months. If a payout stalls, see what to do when a withdrawal is pending.

Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 6 weeks, and a 6 month self-exclusion, all arranged through support rather than in an account page; an increased limit takes 24 hours to apply. Zodiac does not state reality checks, session limits or loss limits. It points to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s self-exclusion request. For help lines, see our responsible gambling page.

Who Zodiac suits

Canadian players outside Ontario who want to pay by card, Interac or an e-wallet, like a long-running Casino Rewards brand with Microgaming-style progressive jackpots, and can accept slow withdrawals and tight bonus terms.

Who should look elsewhere

What we could not verify

Whether Zodiac accepts crypto, which fiat methods a Canadian sees after login, any real withdrawal time, and the country eligibility from the casino itself: its terms contain no restricted-country list. Support is stated as 24/7 by live chat and email, answered within 48 hours for email.

Facts re-read on the casino’s own pages, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and casino.guru on 7 October 2026. Welcome offer terms are shown only in the offer block above, where we verified them.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Zodiac Casino withdrawal take?

Zodiac holds withdrawn funds in pending for 48 hours, then processes them on the following business day. After that its FAQ gives 1 to 3 working days for e-wallets, 3 working days for Visa and Mastercard, 2 to 3 working days for CAD EFT or eCheck and 6 to 10 working days for bank transfer. A new withdrawal method can add 5 to 7 working days of checks. We have not timed a real withdrawal.

Does Zodiac Casino require ID verification?

It reserves the right to ask for verification after deposits and before any withdrawal: photo ID, proof of address under 3 months old, proof that the payment method is yours, and sometimes notarised copies. Withdrawals can be held until verification is complete, and a failed check can lead to account closure or voided winnings.

Does Zodiac Casino accept crypto?

Its public pages name no cryptocurrency, and its terms only mention blockchain-based methods in passing. Casino.guru lists many crypto options for it. We could not confirm either way without opening the banking page inside an account, so do not assume you can pay in crypto.

Safety and fine print

Licence
Kahnawake Gaming Commission, licence 00972 (Casino Rewards), checked on the regulator register 7 October 2026
Operator
Casino Rewards (Rewards Affiliates, 13 October 2026: the operating company depends on the player's country)
KYC
Documents may be requested after a deposit or before a withdrawal: photo ID, proof of address under 3 months old and proof that the payment method is yours, sometimes notarised; withdrawals wait until verification is done, a new withdrawal method can add 5 to 7 working days of checks, and failed source of funds checks can void winnings; failed verification can also mean account termination
Player tools
Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, cooling-off from 24 hours to 6 weeks and a 6 month self-exclusion, all arranged through support; increases or removal of a limit take 24 hours; self-exclusion needs a consultation with support and an email from the registered address, and is not active until the casino confirms by email; no loss or session limits stated; the casino also points to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission's comprehensive self-exclusion
Where it is available
Zodiac Casino's own terms contain no restricted-country list, so the casino itself does not tell us which countries it refuses. Canada, Chile and Mexico are not on the Rewards Affiliates program's excluded-country list (read 7 October 2026), which is where their eligibility comes from. Separately, we hide every offer in Ontario and Alberta, where provincially licensed sites operate, and everywhere outside Canada, Chile and Mexico.
Complaint record
casino.guru Safety Index 9.5 (very high), very low disputed total for its size; 32 complaints filed there: 0 open, 0 unresolved, 5 resolved, 27 rejected; terms rated somewhat unfair (low-risk play and autoplay while wagering can void winnings); no blacklists; player reviews mention slow withdrawals and a low weekly withdrawal limit. Who runs it, the licence and the complaint record

Is Zodiac Casino legit?

Zodiac Casino belongs to the Casino Rewards group, which also runs Yukon Gold and Captain Cooks. Its terms say it is “licensed under the terms of Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Canada, with licence number 00972”. Casino.guru says it has operated since 2002.

What we checked on 7 October 2026 on the regulator’s side:

  • The Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s permit-holder list has a row for zodiac.casino. The list carries its own note “Updated September 28, 2023”.
  • The commission’s certificate of good standing for zodiac.casino shows a permit held since 1 November 2000 and an expiry of 16 May 2029. It is a static certificate, not a live status feed.
  • Neither the list nor the certificate prints the licence number 00972. That number appears only in Zodiac’s own terms and on casino.guru.

Casino.guru (third party) shows a Safety Index of 9.5 (“Very high”), 32 complaints with none open, 5 resolved and 27 rejected, and no blacklist. It also flags the terms as “somewhat unfair” (three issues, including winnings that can be confiscated after low-risk play) and sums up player feedback as mixed over 13 reviews: “Withdrawals proved slow and problematic for some, and players also mentioned low withdrawal limits.” Among the complaint titles are withdrawals delayed by repeated KYC requests and winnings on hold after account closure. The status of each case is not visible, and the review texts are unverified player claims.

For what a Kahnawake licence does and does not give you, see our guide to checking a casino licence.

Is Zodiac Casino legit?

Zodiac is a long-running brand of the Casino Rewards group, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. The commission's permit-holder list includes zodiac.casino, and casino.guru gives it a Safety Index of 9.5. That list was last updated in 2023, though, and casino.guru rates its terms somewhat unfair and its player feedback as mixed, with repeated complaints about slow withdrawals.
